My February Goals 2026 + Jan reflection

January 2026 goals reflection

Every monthly sub-goal I set aligns with one of the top 3 main goals for 2026.

So let’s review January and see how it went, plus some thoughts on this. Based on this Ill set my February Goals and why they matter to me.

Goal 1: 85kg + 24 gym sessions:

Succeded! Currently standing at 84.2kg and did sports 25 days out of the month.

Goal 2: 3 meetups + 4 coffee chats:

Failed! Didnt went to any meetups and only had 2 Digital coffeechats. 

To fix this in February I will pick 2 meetups I realy want to go to and set the goal to only go to those 2 and instead of aiming for a coffee chat a week Ill set and inpout goal rather then an output goal meaning my google will be asking 5 people a week for a coffee chat this should result into the desired outcome. 

Goal 3: Publish 17 LinkedIn posts.

Failed! I published 0 Im not happy about this one I don’t really care about not publishing the number of posts but I want to put time aside each week to write content to improve my writing so I need to figure out how to solve this. Im thinking of a Saturday afternoon writing ritual or something like that.

Goal 4: Bachelor’s thesis 90%

Sort of succeeded! Will finish this week, got blocked of a bit by feedback cycle but happy with the progress.

Goal 5: $12k saved up.

Sort of Succeeded! standing at like 10.5k, reason being some of the payments I was expecting in jan will be processed first week of feb

Other stuff:

  • Was sking this month for the first time in 6 years and it was amazing had a great time with my fam.
  • feeling healthier than ever I know I’m on the right track

February 2026 goals reflection

Goal 1: Matters to me because it’s a breakdown of the number one goal for me this year to get into the best shape of my life. I noticed in January that sometime im a bit lost on what else to do on the days so I booked a boulder course and will start playing more padel again. This should get me to 6 training sessions per week (4 gym + 2 others)

Goal 2: Noticed some days I dont get alot of movement, so I want to change this, cause when I walk alot I feel noticeably better then on days where I just sit or lie down a lot. It also plays into my goal to get into teh ebay physical shape of my life:

Goal 3: Will get this done in the next 2 weeks.

Goal 4: Want to meet like-minded people, important to me because it’s a key activity to help my number 2 goal for the year to build a killer network in Berlin 

Goal 5: Procrastinated on this hard last month so ill change the goal to just asking 5 people per week if they down to chat over coffee. I think changing this input output goal will get me moving easier 

Goal 6: add 6.5k in rev to hit my growth goals. This is only achievable if I succeed with something new im trying out in my business Im working on currentl
